Orders & Purchasing

Placing an order is simple: browse or search for a product, click "Add to Cart", review your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll provide your delivery address and payment method, then confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email instantly.

You can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Go to My Account → Orders and click "Cancel Order". After dispatch, you'll need to initiate a return once the item arrives.

Orders may be auto-cancelled if payment verification fails, the item becomes out of stock, or our fraud-detection system flags unusual activity. You'll receive an email with the reason. Any charges are refunded within 3–5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary: Same-Day available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam for orders placed before 2 PM. Next-Day delivery for major cities. 2–5 business days for other regions. International orders take 7–14 business days.

Yes! Orders over SAR 150 qualify for free standard shipping. SoqLina Plus members get free shipping on all orders regardless of value. Express and same-day delivery are charged separately.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also go to Track Order and enter your order number. Real-time GPS tracking is available in the SoqLina app.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day free return policy on most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Some categories (e.g., perishables, digital downloads, underwear) are non-returnable. See our full return policy for details.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit the amount. Wallet credits (SoqLina Balance) are instant.

Payment & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tamara (Buy Now Pay Later), PayPal, and Cash on Delivery. All card transactions are secured with 3D Secure and 256-bit SSL encryption.

Absolutely. SoqLina is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard in payment security. Your card data is tokenized and never stored on our servers directly. We partner with certified payment processors to handle all transactions.

Account & Profile

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link valid for 15 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Go to My Account → Settings → Privacy and select "Delete Account". Please note that this action is irreversible. All pending orders must be resolved first, and any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
